According to Method A, [1-(4-amino-phenyl)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]-dimethylamine was reacted with 2-(2-chloroethyl)-4-methoxy-benzoyl chloride. The dihydroisoquinolinone thus obtained was treated with hydrogen bromide according to Method L. In this way the product was obtained with molecular weight 351.45 (C21H25N3O2); MS (ESI): 352 (M+H+).
