Procedure
Independently, to 13.20 g of melamine were added 21.6 g of a 37% aqueous solution of formaldehyde and 70.0 g of distilled water, and the resulting mixture was stirred at 60° C. for SO minutes to give an aqueous solution of a transparent melamine-formaldehyde precondensate.
