Procedure

8.6 cm3 butylisocyanate was added to a suspension of 5 g 6-chloro-2,4-diaminopyrimidine in 50 cm3DMSO. The reaction medium was maintained at 80° C. until it was shown by TLC that the starting compound had disappeared.
