A mixture of Example 10F (355 mg, 0.75 mmol), carbonyldiimidazole (146 mg, 0.900 mmol), and 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (0.124 mL, 0.825 mmol) in dioxane (6 mL) was refluxed for 1 hour, cooled and partitioned between ethyl acetate and 1 M aqueous HCl. The organic layer was washed with brine, dried with sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated. The residue was chromatographed on silica gel eluting with 10-40% ethyl acetate in hexane to give the title compound as a solid (225 mg, 60%). MS (ESI−) m/z 498 (M−H)−.
