(R)—N-(1-((6-cyclopropylpyridin-2-yl)methyl)-3-methyl-1H-indazol-4-yl)-7-(2-(3,4-dimethylpiperazin-1-yl)ethoxy)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-3-carboxamide (79.3 mg, 0.139 mmol) was taken up in 2 mL of 4:1 DCM/MeOH. 4M HCl/dioxane (0.069 mL, 0.278 mmol) was added and the mixture stirred at ambient temperature for one hour, then concentrated under reduced pressure and dried under vacuum for 16 hours to give 89 mg (100%) of the HCl salt. [α]D=+3.3° (c=1.0, CHCl3).
