To a solution of 1.5 g of 2-fluoro-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)aniline in 17 ml DCM and 0.5 ml pyridine, 1.5 g of 2,5-dichloro-benzenesulfonyl chloride were added, and the reaction mixture was stirred for 16 h at RT. Then the solvents were removed under reduced pressure and the crude product was purified by chromatography on silica gel eluting with a gradient of n-heptane/EtOAc. The fractions containing the product were combined and the solvent evaporated under reduced pressure. Yield: 2.2 g.
