9-Bromo-6-(4-methoxybenzyl)pyrido[3,2-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidin-5(6H)-one (75 mg, 0.19 mmol), 3,4-dimethoxyphenylboronic acid (75 mg, 0.41 mmol), potassium phosphate (104 mg, 0.49 mmol) and ethyleneglycol dimethyl ether (3 ml) were combined and nitrogen was bubbled through for 10 minutes. Tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium(0) (13 mg, 0.01 mmol) was added and the mixture was heated for 2 hours at 120° C. in the microwave. The mixture was filtered and purified by HPLC to afford 6 mg (7%) of the title compound as a white solid.
