To a solution of tert-butyl 2-(((Z)-(1-(2-((tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino)thiazol-4-yl)-2-(((2R,3S)-2-((S)-9-hydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-5,7-dioxa-11-aza-2-siladodecan-12-yl)-4-oxoazetidin-3-yl)amino)-2-oxoethylidene)amino)oxy)-2-methylpropanoate (155 mg, 0.21 mmol) in DCM (10 mL) at 0° C. was added CDI (62 mg, 0.38 mmol). After stirring at <15° C. for 2 h, the reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo. The crude residue was purified via silica gel chromatography (MeOH-DCM, 3-5%) to afford the title compound (130 mg, 81%). LCMS: m/z=755.3 (M−1).
