Reaction Steps

To BOP (167 mg, 0.377 mmol) and DMAP (115 mg, 0.944 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (40 mL) was added a solution of 38F (157 mg, 0.189 mmol) in DMF (10 mL) via a syringe pump over 6 h. The resulting mixture was stirred at rt for 16 h. The mixture was concentrated and purified by prep HPLC to give 38G (85 mg, 0.104 mmol, 55.3% yield) as a yellow solid. MS (ESI) m/z: 814.2 (M+H)+.
