Reaction Steps
To BOP (317 mg, 0.716 mmol), 4-dimethylaminopyridine (219 mg, 1.791 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (40 mL), was added a solution of 39E (298 mg, 0.358 mmol) in DMF (10 mL) via a syringe pump over 6 h. The mixture was stirred rt for 16 h, then concentrated and purified by prep HPLC to give 39F (180 mg, 61.7% yield). MS (ESI) m/z: 814.3 (M+H)+.
