When the product of Step E was substituted for tert-butyl-2,2-dimethyl-5-(4-(3-(3-(2,2,2-trifluoroacetyl)-1H-indol-1-yl)propyl)phenethyl)-1,3-dioxan-5-ylcarbamate in Example 11, Step F, the identical process afforded the title compound in 65% yield, as colourless solid. 1H-NMR (D2O) 1.65-1.68 (m, 2H); 2.44-2.46 (m, 2H); 3.50 (s, 3H); 3.56 (s, 3H); 3.59 (s, 6H), 6.10 (d, 1H, J=8.77 Hz); 6.55 (broad s, 2H); 6.98 (s, 2H); 7.18-7.20 (m, 2H); 7.60-7.62 (m, 3H).
