Reaction Steps

When the product of Step G was substituted for tert-butyl 5-((4-(5-(3,4-diethoxyphenyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)indolin-1-yl)methyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxan-5-ylcarbamate in Example 34, Step E, the identical process afforded the title compound in 77% yield, as pale paste. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) 1.26 (d, 6H, J=6.07 Hz); 1.65 (m, 6H); 1.94 (m, 3H); 1.67 (m, 6H); 2.52 (m, 2H); 2.75 (m, 4H); 3.38-3.47 (m, 4H); 3.59 (s, 2H); 4.48-4.52 (m, 1H); 6.46 (s, 1H); 6.72 (s, 1H).
