Reaction Steps
2-Aminopyridine (70.0 mg, 0.75 mmol) was dissolved in acetonitrile (4 mL), and then CDI (121 mg, 0.75 mmol) and Et3N (104 μL, 0.75 mmol) were added dropwise thereto at 0° C. After stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, the compound (250 mg, 0.67 mmol) obtained in Example 36 (1) and Et3N (312 μl, 2.25 mmol) were added to the mixture, followed by stirring at 60° C. overnight. Water was added to the reaction mixture, and after extraction with chloroform, the extract was washed with water and a saturated sodium chloride aqueous solution, and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. The desiccant was filtered off, and the residue obtained by evaporation under reduced pressure was purified using medium pressure silica gel flash column chromatography (methanol:chloroform=1:50), thereby giving the title compound (80.0 mg, 24%) as a white solid.
