Reaction Steps
Prepared as in example 1a from 2-amino-6-methylbenzonitrile and benzoyl isocyanate as an off-white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.19 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.52-7.68 (m, 5H), 8.02-8.08 (m, 2H), 11.32 (s, 1H), 11.46 (s, 1H). MS 280 (MH+).
