A mixture of N-methyl-1-{trans-4-[(6-nitrothieno[3,2-b]pyridin-7-yl)amino]cyclohexyl}methanesulfonamide (35 mg, 0.091 mmol) and 10% palladium on carbon (10 mg) in methanol (1.0 mL) was stirred under an atmosphere of H2 for 10 h. The mixture was filtered through Celite. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to give the desired product (32 mg). LCMS calculated for C15H23N4O2S2 (M+H)+: m/z=355.1. Found: 355.1.
