The title compound (D117) (20 mg) was prepared according to the general procedure for substituted benzyl amines preparation starting from methyl 4-((S)-1-((R)-piperidine-2-carboxamido)ethyl)benzoate (D86) (50 mg) and 4-fluorobenzyl bromide (0.043 ml, 0.34 mmol). (Na2CO3: 2.5 eq; reaction time: 4 hrs; 60° C.)
