The title compound (D141) (53 mg) was prepared according to the general procedure for substituted benzyl amines preparation starting from methyl 4-(1-(3-azabicyclo[4.1.0]heptane-4-carboxamido)cyclopropyl)benzoate (diastereoisomers mixture) (D100) (48 mg, 0.15 mmol) and 3-(Trifluoromethyl)benzyl bromide (0.040 ml, 0.17 mmol). (Cs2CO3:2 eq; reaction time: 4 hrs; reaction temperature: RT.
