The title compound (D166) (16.5 mg) was prepared according to the general procedure for substituted benzylamine preparation starting from methyl 4-((S)-1-((R)-4,4-difluoropyrrolidine-2-carboxamido)ethyl)benzoate (D165) (30 mg) and 4-(Trifluoromethyl)benzyl bromide (33 mg). (Na2CO3: 2.5 eq; reaction time: 18 hrs; 68° C.)
