Following the general procedure of Example 4, the title compound was prepared (44.3 mg) from 2-((prop-2-ynylamino)methyl)-7,8-dihydro-3H-pyrano[4,3-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one and 2-(4-(4-fluorobenzoyl)piperidin-1-yl)acetic acid. Exact mass calculated for C25H27FN4O4 466.5. found 467.7 (ESI, M+H); 1H NMR (400 MHz, dichloromethane-d2) δ ppm 7.98 (dd, J=9.09, 5.56 Hz, 2H) 7.20 (t, J=8.59 Hz, 2H) 4.67 (d, J=9.60 Hz, 2H) 4.51 (d, J=15.16 Hz, 2H) 4.26-4.41 (m, 3H) 4.22 (br. s., 2H) 3.88-4.01 (m, 4H) 2.63-2.85 (m, 2H) 2.32 (br. s., 1H) 2.24 (br. s., 4H) 1.46-1.58 (s, 2H).
