The title compound is prepared in 65% yield (132 mg, white solid) from methyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (150 mg, 0.57 mmol) and (6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridin-3-yl)methanamine hydrochloride (138 mg, 0.57 mmol, Amine-11) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
