The title compound is prepared in 84% yield (225 mg, colorless amorphous solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (200 mg, 0.72 mmol) and (3-chloro-4-(2,2-difluoroethoxy)phenyl)methanamine hydrochloride (195 mg, 0.75 mmol, Amine-33) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
