The title compound is prepared in 50% yield (137 mg, brown oil) from methyl 3-(1-bromoethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (200 mg, 0.72 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-6, racemate) and (3-methyl-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenyl)methanamine hydrochloride (200 mg, 0.79 mmol, Amine-34) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
