Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 84% yield (120 mg, brown solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (100 mg, 0.36 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(6-(4-fluorophenoxy)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (120 mg, 0.43 mmol, Amine-39, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
