Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 50% yield (160 mg, colorless amorphous solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (200 mg, 0.73 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(5-methyl-6-((6-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-3-yl)oxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (290 mg, 0.86 mmol, Amine-41, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
