Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 57% yield (190 mg, off white solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (220 mg, 0.79 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(6-(3,4-difluorophenoxy)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (260 mg, 0.87 mmol, Amine-44, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
