The title compound is prepared in 75% yield (210 mg, brown oil) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (200 mg, 0.72 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(5-methyl-6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridazin-3-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (230 mg, 0.86 mmol, Amine-48, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
