Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 51% yield (170 mg, off white solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (250 mg, 0.90 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and (5-methyl-6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridazin-3-yl)methanamine hydrochloride (230 mg, 0.90 mmol, Amine-50) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
