Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 71% yield (520 mg, pale brown solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (600 mg, 2.2 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and (5-methyl-6-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyridin-3-yl)methanamine hydrochloride (480 mg, 2.2 mmol, Amine-53) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
