Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 80% yield (300 mg, brown solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (270 mg, 0.96 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(6-methyl-5-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyrazin-2-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (260 mg, 0.96 mmol, Amine-55, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
