Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 22% yield (42 mg, white solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (170 mg, 0.61 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and (4-methyl-5-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridin-2-yl)methanamine hydrochloride (230 mg, 0.51 mmol, Amine-57) in a similar manner to Step-2 of Intermediate-1.
