Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 65% yield (120 mg, white solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (130 mg, 0.48 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and (4-methyl-5-(3,3,3-trifluoropropoxy)pyridin-2-yl)methanamine hydrochloride (130 mg, 0.48 mmol, Amine-58) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
