Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 71% yield (360 mg, brown solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (390 mg, 1.4 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(5-(2,2-difluoroethoxy)-4-methylpyridin-2-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (350 mg, 1.4 mmol, Amine-59, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
