Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 60% yield (450 mg, pale brown solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (500 mg, 1.8 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(5-chloro-6-(3,3,3-trifluoropropoxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (480 mg, 1.8 mmol, Amine-61, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
