Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 63% yield (400 mg, colorless amorphous solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (470 mg, 1.7 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(4-methyl-5-(3,3,3-trifluoropropoxy)pyridin-2-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (460 mg, 1.6 mmol, Amine-62, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
