Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 92% yield (580 mg, pale yellow solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (500 mg, 1.8 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and (4-(2,2-difluoroethoxy)-3-methylphenyl)methanamine hydrochloride (430 mg, 1.8 mmol, Amine-66) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
