Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 84% yield (560 mg, colorless solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (500 mg, 1.8 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and (6-methyl-5-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyrazin-2-yl)methanamine hydrochloride (460 mg, 1.8 mmol, Amine-67) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
