Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 35% yield (230 mg, pale brown oil) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (500 mg, 1.8 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(5-methyl-6-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyridin-3-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (430 mg, 1.8 mmol, Amine-68, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
