The title compound is prepared in 63% yield (120 mg, yellow oil) from 4-chloro-2-(1-(4-methyl-5-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridin-2-yl)ethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-1-one (150 mg, 0.40 mmol, Intermediate-66, single enantiomer) and phenyl formate (95 mg, 0.78 mmol) in a similar manner to Intermediate-91.
