The title compound is prepared in 52% yield (37 mg, yellow solid) from 4-chloro-2-(1-(5-methyl-6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridazin-3-yl)ethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-1-one (58 mg, 0.15 mmol, Intermediate-65, single enantiomer) and phenyl formate (37 mg, 0.30 mmol) in a similar manner to Intermediate-91.
