The title compound is prepared in 76% yield (250 mg, brown solid) from 4-chloro-2-((6-methyl-5-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyrazin-2-yl)methyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-1-one (270 mg, 0.72 mmol, Intermediate-84) and phenyl formate (180 mg, 1.4 mmol) in a similar manner to Intermediate-91.
