The title compound is prepared in 73% yield (90 mg, yellow oil) from 4-chloro-2-(1-(3-methyl-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenyl)ethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-1-one (100 mg, 0.26 mmol, Intermediate-42, single enantiomer) and phenyl formate (64 mg, 0.52 mmol) in a similar manner to Intermediate-91.
