The title compound is prepared in 59% yield (50 mg, yellow oil) from 4-chloro-2-(1-(3-chloro-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)phenyl)ethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-1-one (70 mg, 0.17 mmol, Intermediate-29, single enantiomer) and phenyl formate (42 mg, 0.35 mmol) in a similar manner to Intermediate-91.
