Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 56% yield (154 mg, brown solid) from 4-chloro-2-(1-(5-methyl-6-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyridin-3-yl)ethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-1-one (220 mg, 0.62 mmol, Intermediate-85, single enantiomer) and phenyl formate (150 mg, 1.2 mmol) in a similar manner to Intermediate-91.
