Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 90% yield (280 mg, brown oil) from tert-butyl 4-((4-chloro-1-oxo-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-2(3H)-yl)methyl)-2-methylbenzoate (250 mg, 0.67 mmol, Step-1) and phenyl formate (160 mg, 1.3 mmol) in a similar manner to Intermediate-91.
