Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 95% yield (1.39 g, colorless oil) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (1.14 g, 4.09 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(6-(cyclopropylmethoxy)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (994 mg, 4.09 mmol, Amine-70, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
