Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 73% yield (321 mg, colorless oil) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (344 mg, 1.24 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(5-(cyclopropylmethoxy)-4-methylpyridin-2-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (300 mg, 1.24 mmol, Amine-73, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
