Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 35% yield (263 mg, yellow oil) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (561 mg, 2.02 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(5-chloro-6-(cyclopropylmethoxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethanamine (457 mg, 2.02 mmol, Amine-74, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
