Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 59% yield (431 mg, pale yellow oil) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (574 mg, 2.06 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(6-cyclobutoxy-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (500 mg, 2.06 mmol, Amine-75, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
