Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared in 82% yield (585 mg, yellow oil) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (522 mg, 1.88 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(5-(2,2-difluoropropoxy)-4-methylpyridin-2-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (500 mg, 1.88 mmol, Amine-76, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
