Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 83% yield (712 mg, pale yellow solid) from ethyl 3-(bromomethyl)-2-chloroisonicotinate (687 mg, 2.47 mmol, Step-1 of Intermediate-1) and 1-(6-(2,2-difluoropropoxy)-5-methylpyridazin-3-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride (600 mg, 2.24 mmol, Amine-78, single enantiomer) in a similar manner to Intermediate-2.
